Her extensive international travel background, experiencing many of Europe's finest hotels, private chateaux and unique gourmet dining experiences has provided Liz with an even broader eye for design, composition and color that enables her to offer her clients an extraordinary interior redesign!

Who We Are

Liz is also Vice-President of the Chicago-based culinary consulting company, MBI, Inc. Together with partner/owner and French native Michel Bouit, they create and lead unique gourmet travel adventures throughout Europe and other international destinations. They personally research, develop and create each itinerary, design the travel brochures, and have on occasion personally driven their clients through Europe!

They are also renowned for the creation and orchestration of international culinary events & competitions.
